Cuyler C. Costanzo, MsEd

Cuyler C. Costanzo is a graduate from The University of Akron, in which he holds a Masters Degree in Community Counseling.  Cuyler also has a  Bachelors of Science degree in finance and management. Upon completion of his degree in finance and management Cuyler began working in the banking industry in 1984 as a loan officer. In 1997, Cuyler Costanzo expanded his professional career and founded Banc Ohio in which he offered full services as a lender, specializing in Conventional, FHA and VA financial loans, working to assist families in obtaining the American dream of home ownership. Cuyler is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is employed at the Oriana House as Clinical Coordinator.

Mayor Bobbie Beshara, BS

Bobbie Beshara is a graduate from Kent State University from which she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary and Special Education. While studying at Kent State, Bobbie volunteered with Hattie Larlham. Upon completion of her degree, Bobbie taught at Roberts Middle School and later at Tallmadge High School, and Sylvan Learning Center. While raising a family, Bobbie invested herself in serving her community on Richfield Village Council for 15 years until 2012 when she was elected Mayor of the Village of Richfield. For the past seven years, Bobbie also worked for The Ohio Youth Soccer Association North (OYSAN) in charge of Risk Management, creating a safe environment for all players associated with OYSAN. Bobbie is the mother of two daughters, Julie, a University of Akron graduate who now lives in England with her husband, and Lexi, who is a junior at Revere High School.

Andraea Williams, Treasurer

Andraea Williams currently attends the Cuyahoga Community College for Business Administration. While obtaining her degree, Andraea also works for JPMorgan Chase Bank as a Training Officer in Mortgage Banking. She is an active member of Prevailing Church in Solon, OH where she is involved on multiple committees.  Andraea’s passion is to empower women and to assist with re-entry into the work force. She joined Freedom House for Women, because she is inspired by the organizations mission and what the organization does for the Summit County community.  She joined the Board of Directors in 2013 and is excited to be a part of the continuous growth of Freedom House for Women.

Audrey Epps, BS

Audrey Epps attended Kent State University and Malone College, majoring in Women Studies, Sociology, and Justice Studies where she received her Bachelors of Science in General Studies. She is currently employed as an Administrative Research Assistant at State & Federal Communication.

Professional affiliations: Akron Children’s Hospital’s Parent Advisory Council (PAC), Family Action Collaborative Team (FACT), Kent State University Black Alumni and Public Affairs Council (PAC).

Joezette Flinn, MS

United States Marine Corp Veteran

Joezette Naomi Flinn is a decorated veteran who served 4 year’s active duty in the United States Marine Corps. While serving her country, Ms. Flinn completed a tour overseas deploying to Iraq in 2003 under Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom. Ms. Flinn is the proud recipient of a Naval Achievement Medal for her stateside assistance with the Peace Keeping Efforts in Haiti.

Ms. Flinn went on to further her education while serving active duty. She completed the majority of her studies at Campbell University. After completing her military service in Jacksonville, North Carolina, she returned to her home town of Akron, Ohio. Upon returning to Akron, Ohio, she began working for the federal government while attending classes at the University of Akron. Ms. Flinn went on to earn her Masters from Ashford University, graduating with honors.

Additionally she has completed 12 years of faithful service with the federal government. She currently holds a position as a Claims Examiner with the U.S. Department of Labor in Cleveland, Ohio. Not only is Ms. Flinn a decorated Veteran, but she is also a loving and devoted mother. Ms. Flinn currently serves on the Women Marine Corps Association and is also a Board Member of the Freedom House for Women.

Jennifer Kay Jeter, MA

Jennifer Kay Jeter attended the University of Akron, majoring in and receiving her BA in Theater-Scenography and her MA in Performance Art (Thesis The Rites of Being: An Analytical Review of Performance Art). As an artist, she has worked in educational, community and professional theatre. Her history of social service advocacy includes work in geriatric mental health, sexual assault and rape, abused and neglected youth and volunteer service on area not for profit boards. Additionally, Jennifer has vast knowledge, skills and experience in public relations and marketing.
